What we collect

When you apply for a role or send us your CV: your name, contact details, CV and the answers you give us. When you contact us as a client: your name, company and contact details and the content of your message. When you visit the site: standard analytics data if you accept cookies.

Why we use it

To consider you for the role you applied for and similar roles, with your consent. To respond to enquiries. To meet our legal obligations as a recruitment business. We do not share candidate details with any client without speaking to you first.

How long we keep it

Candidate information for up to two years from our last contact, unless you ask us to remove it sooner. Client enquiries for as long as we have a working relationship.

Who we share it with

Our website host and form provider (Netlify), our email provider, and clients you have agreed we can introduce you to. Nobody else.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold, correct it, or have it deleted at any time by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
