The role
What the job actually involves.
Our Scotland mobile engineering team delivers planned maintenance, reactive servicing and emergency breakdown cover across a commercial estate of retail, offices, healthcare and education sites. You will keep first time fix rates high, communication with clients clear, and environmental compliance strict on every system you service.
You will take full technical ownership of commercial air conditioning and climate control assets across your Scottish patch. Day to day that means diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults on VRV and VRF systems, multi-splits, chillers and AHUs, carrying out planned preventative maintenance, leak testing and refrigerant recovery to F-Gas standards, and minor system modifications.
Within six months you will know the site portfolio well, have good relationships with the on-site facilities managers, and be fully on the regional call-out rota. The role is open because of new commercial contract wins across Scotland.
